With over 20 years of experience in the excavation industry, founder and operator Steve Lippke first began excavating at age 10. He honed his skills most recently at Jack Robinson, where he began as an operator and rose to the role of foreman.  He's referred to by friends as the "transformer" - the  machine so naturally familiar to him which makes for extremely precise work, at an extremely fast pace. 

He has experience in a wide variety of excavation projects both large and small. Most recently he contributed to  large commercial projects like Caldera High School and traffic circles like the one at the intersection of Knott road and 15th.
